Getting ADF Error While Accessing The Performance Transactions For HR Specialist

A Custom role is created for HR Specialist and is assigned to a User. This user is unable to access the performance transactions like Update Performance Tasks, Delete Performance Documents, Cancel Performance Documents, Delete Performance Documents etc..

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to My Portrait -> My Performance tab -> on clicking most of the tasks from Administration: Error
