Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Upload of attachments will not process from outlook

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
emails with attachments should sync without issue

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook, with the OSC plugin installed
2. Create an email with an attachment
3. Full Sync
4. Error with attachment occurs

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload attachments from emails
