Credit Card Upload For Visa Fails With No File To Download Error

When attempting to run the Upload and Validate Corporate Card Transactions, the process fails with following error in log:

Per SR 3-11057949491: (Closed) EBIZ-TEST: Setup HTTPS connection for processing Credit Card File Import - Employee Expenses all the setups were done.

01/12/2016 20:55:30.413 No file to download

However, file with the correct name does exists on the server
