User Unable In Delete An Appointment Or Items In Deleted Folder When SC For Outlook Installed

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Microsoft Outlook
The client is reporting that after last week's update of the Outlook Plugin update to 3.16.19, one user is unable to delete appointments from his Inbox, but he can delete emails,
and also the user can't delete anything from the "Deleted Items" folder.
There is no error thrown of any kind. His data is syncing fine and there are no sync issues.
The user was able to delete appointments prior to the upgrade to the client 3.16.19 and if the Add-in is uninstalled he is able to delete both appointments from the inbox and emails from the deleted folder.
The appointment from the "Inbox" folder should be deleted if desired and also any items from the "Deleted Items" Folder, and when deleting any item from the "Deleted Item" folder a popup should notify the user if he is sure of the deletion.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook
2. Select an Appointment to delete, use the software or hardware button to delete, nothing happens
3. Go to "Deleted Items" folder, select an Email or Appointment
4. try to delete it, using the software or hardware delete button, nothing happens
