Error Appears after Exchange Mailbox Moved To New Server

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Microsoft Outlook
Customer has moved from on premise Exchange mail server to hosted mailserver. After Mailbox moved to new server, error appears after rebooting computer
Customer has closed Outlook several times and the issues continues. After choosing cancel the sync icon disappears.
Received error message: Recent Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook update requires MS Outlook to be restarted for the changes to take effect. Please save you changes, then close MS Outlook and run It again.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot sync after moving to hosted exchange server
