Oracle Fusion Goal Management Cloud Service - HCM Extract DBI Which We Have Used In Development Environment Are Missing In Other Environments. (Doc ID 2129356.1)

HCM Extract DBI which user have used in Development environment are missing in other environments.

User have created HCM Extracts based on the DBI List provided by Oracle in development environment.

But when they migrated these Extracts to other environments, the HCM Extracts to generate Development and Performance Goal failed with error stating "Parent DBI not found".
User noticed that the DBI to connect parent and child DBI were not present in other environments. Also DBI for few more columns are missing in other environments.
As an example: Database Item Group "Extract Goal Name" is present in Dev but not in other environments.
This DBI seems to have been replaced with "Extract Goals Name" in other environments.
How come there will be inconsistency in environments?. User are unsure how many more HCM Extracts might have this issue.
