A user is unable to respond to a particular message in Engage, though it works to reply to other messages.
When attempting to respond to a direct message of the Equity Bank (Kenya) Facebook page, the application shows an error in red at the bottom of the reply: "You are not authorized to perform this action"
The Facebook page is an owned social page mapped to the SRM application.
The same message has already been replied by another user, as it can be seen in the Internal activity section of the message.
"You are not authorized to perform this action"
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reply to messages inside the application, and have to use Facebook and Twitter natively.
