ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Sales Cloud Duplicate Contacts

Using the OSC REST web service a record is being returned twice.

The REST call is:
GET https://<host>[:<port>]/crmCommonApi/resources/11.1.10/contacts?onlyData=true&totalResults=true&q=EmailAddress=<contact-email>

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting the request to return one item for the specific contact.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute the REST request
2. Note that two items are returned for this contact.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the response message includes multiple instances of the same contact.
