Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to search Account, Sales Lead and Opportunity via outlook desktop app.

When customer clicks the Share with Sales Cloud link within an new email in Outlook desktop app, all the buttons to search Account, Sales Lead and Opportunity are disabled. User has both Sales Representatives and Sales Administrator role. It is happening for all users.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to search for objects after sharing with sales cloud

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Outlook, click New Mail
2. Click on 'Share with Sales Cloud' bar
3. buttons to search Account, Sales Lead and Opportunity are disabled

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search for sales cloud objects and attach when creating an email
