Fusion Global HR: The Approver is Receiving the Notification Twice (Doc ID 2130925.1)

Goal

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Global Human Resources

Approval Chain should not have Repeated approvers in the chain

Current approval setting for a particular transaction is as follows:
1- First approver is LINE MANAGER
2- Second Approver is Approval Group "Head Office Admin"
3- Third Approver is another approval group "Admin Manager"
4- FYI to approval group "FYI"

Now the case:
Employee "A" is the initiator of the transaction.
Same Employee "A" is in the approval group in level 2.

Now when "A" initiates the transaction it goes to its line manager for first level approval.
Next approver is the approval group mentioned in 2. Employee "A" is the member of approval group. So here "A" has to approve the transaction that he initiated.

Following the steps from  Why are Approvals Triggered Twice for Same User? (Doc ID 2104608.1), the approver is receiving the notification twice. First notification he is receiving as a Line manager and second notification as a member of Approval group in the approval chain.

So the requirement is to remove the repeated approval by same user for the same transaction.
