Fusion Global Payroll: History On Personal Payment Methods Does Not Reflect Accurately - No Audit Trail

History Screen on Personal Payment Methods Does Not Reflect Accurately
When a user updates the Personal Payment Method UI, the “Last Updated By” and “Last Updated Date” fields on the History screen for previous records are updated to the most recent user rather than retaining the original (correct) data.
1 – Login as a user with HR Specialist privileges
2 – Navigator > Person Management
3 – Query and select a person
4 – Click on Manage Personal Payment Methods
5 - Select a payment method
6 - Review the History
In this case, the Last Update By = USER1 and Last Updated Date = 02/26/2016
7 – Edit > Update the information on the Payment Method
Payment method now shows Amount = 0
8 – Now navigate back into the Payment Method screen and review the History
There are two lines, but they both show Last Updated By USER2 as of today.
The 2/26/2016 row should not have changed.
