Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Global Human Resources in TEST pod.


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Unable to create a BI report with Organization Tree that was loaded by HDL


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
It is expected that the report on Org tree be created successfully as the page "Manage Organization Trees" shows that the organization tree is loaded successfully in this instance.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load Organization Tree using HDL.
2. Create an Analysis for Organization Tree.
    The step "Create Analysis: Select Views" clearly shows no results though the page "Manage Organization Trees" shows that the organization tree is loaded successfully.


BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
