ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Activities - Log a Call layout Issue

Activities - "Log a Call" layout display only labels of fields but not the controls; textbox, picklist, checkbox etc.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the entire page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Sales Cloud
2. SUI > Sales > Activities > Activities tab > Log A Call
3. The complete page is not displaying, only labels.
