Assets Bulk Delete Problem

I tried to delete assets using a file import activity as is suggested in Doc ID 2053259.1 but I received an error saying that "You must provide a value for the attribute CUSTOMER_ID.".

I provided the requested fields but after running the activity I'm still receiving other errors saying some fields must be provided.

If that document says the only mandatory fields are AssetId and ActionCode why am I getting these errors?
