Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.1.10.0.0 version, Using Tax Rules uploaded using spreadsheet found there are some rules that show as blank with not data for conditions sets and determiniing factors. That is causing to do not calculate taxes


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

As rule was imported, expected to have these rules on the system


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Setup and Maintenance
3. Query by Task: Manage Tax Rules
4. Click on Rapid Setup spreadsheets
5. Choose Upload Tax rules from a Spreadsheet
6. Review the process ends successfully
7. Go to Setup and Maintenance
8. Query by Task: Manage Tax Rules
9. Query the tax rules imported and observed there are some rules that show as blank with not data for conditions sets and determining factors
