ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

We have configured the following parameters provided by OMCS for email notification but they are not working in OTBIE.

DIAG_EMAIL_CUSTADMIN: xyz@oracle.com
DIAG_EMAIL_HOST: abc.oracle.com
DIAG_EMAIL_ENABLED: Y
DIAG_EMAIL_FROM: noreply@oracle.com
DIAG_EMAIL_MODE_SMTP: Y
DIAG_EMAIL_PORT: 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Email should have fired as per the configuration

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Manage Data Load Parameters > Parameters Configuration > Parameter Name = Email
