Unable To Upload Daily Transaction File To OIC

You have a scheduled script (attached) recommended in OIC documentation that is used to upload .ZIP file to the OIC webcenter whcih in turn was fetched and processed by the Jobset.
It had been running fine until now.
Post the schedule maintenance the password for the user was reset (username=ACCT_XX) and since then it has been failing with 'don't have sufficient privileges'.
When logged in as the user (username=ACCT_XX) able to manually upload the transactions file to 'ic/incentiveCompensationTransaction/import'
