When attempting to drill down on any Order record, the following error occurs.

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident 396, Server Domain:
CRMDomain, Server Instance: CRMCommonServer_1, Application Name: CrmCommonApp.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

-- Login to Consumer Good env
-- NAV to Order
-- Drill down to any record
-- Pop-up the error 

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do any Order
