Symptoms

When trying to schedule a job using BI Publisher (BIP), an error message is received, and the report is not delivered.

After trying to schedule a scheduled report using BIP, you receive "Delivery Failed" error message, and the report is not delivered.


ERROR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Login as Sales Administrator

2. Schedule a BIP report to send:
  - Set it to "Run Now"
  - Enter a valid email address as the delivery recipient

3. View Job history after and note the "Problem" Status (hover over the status to view the error above)


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot schedule any BI-Publisher created reports.
