Symptoms

User has created a position extract using Historical Position User Entity (UE) PER_EXT_SEC_HISTORY_POSITION_UE.

The issue is that when a Position has multiple date effective records, the extract is duplicating the data and returning multiple rows.

The position has two date effective recordsand both are getting duplicated with different Object action ID:
<OBJECT_ACTION_ID>12195</OBJECT_ACTION_ID>
<OBJECT_ACTION_ID>12197</OBJECT_ACTION_ID>

Threading Action details on Extract are:
User Entity - PER_EXT_SEC_HISTORY_POSITION_UE
Threading Database Item - Extract Historical Position ID
Threading Action Type – Object Actions
