Fusion Global HR: Terminating A Line Manager Throws An Error

While terminating a line manager, an error is received. The system allows us to go ahead after the error; but does not show the expected flow to re-assign the line manager's direct reports.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Person Management > Manage Work Relationship >
2. Actions > Terminate

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, cannot terminate line manager.
