Symptoms

When attempting to run the 'Initiate Data Load' process for 'All' modules, the following error occurs.

ERROR

....
"Caused by: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed: Read timed out"
....
"Caused by: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out"
....

Further details:

1. The process was run for 'All' modules and threw the error
2. If the process is run for each module separately, the error is not seen
3. The process always fails at "Template Generation Process Started For APP Server : Global HR - Core Setup"
4. However, if the process is run separately for "Global HR - Core Setup" module, the error is not seen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Navigator -> Under 'My Workforce' section, click on 'Data Exchange'
2. On the left side, under the 'HCM Data Loader' section, click on 'Initiate Data Load'
3. On the right side, click on the "Generate Templates" button
4. Under the 'Parameters' section, for the 'Modules' parameter, select "All" from the LOV and click the 'Submit' button
5. Check the process status from Navigator -> under the 'Tools' section, click on 'Scheduled Processes' and once the process completes, review the log file.

Due to this issue, users cannot generate the HCM Data Loader (HDL) templates for all modules at a time.
