ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ACA Fields are missing for some workers on Person Management page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

ACA fields should be visible

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigator>Person Management>Query employee> Click on Manage Employment>ACA fields missing

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------

Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct ACA info everytime.
