Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer has created new territories.
Customer has assigned the new territories to users.
Customer is running the Scheduled Process "Request Account Assignment"
It is not reassigning the accounts to the sales reps.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer has created new territories.
Customer has assigned the new territories to users.
Customer is running the Scheduled Process "Request Account Assignment"
Accounts are reassigned based on territories.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator
2. Schedule Processes
3. Schedule New Process
4. Search for "Request Account Assignments"

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reassign accounts based on territory.
