"View Assertion" Errors when using TIMESTAMP columns in OBIEE Custom Subject Area analysis (Doc ID 2134669.1)

A report built from a Custom Subject Area having a Custom Primary Object shows a "View Assertion" error on the Results tab.
The error appears below 1 or more records that do get returned.

This error gets returned sporadically depending on what filters are used on certain Timestamp columns.

Exporting them to CSV works fine. This appears to be a display issue.

This is the error received:

Assertion failure: 1 <= nMonth && nMonth <=12 at line 629 of project/webbedrock/datetime.cpp
