Fusion Benefits: Unable to View More Employee Information From Benefits Service Center

In Benefits Service Center, when trying to click on the Red (dot) icon that appears next to the employee's name, the application generates an ADF Error:
ADF_FACES-60097: For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #4 (it can also be other number)
1. Benefits Enrollment > Search Person > click on the (red dot) icon next to employee name to view more information about employee
2. The above error occurs.
