Global HR: The Documents Page Is Blank in Simplified User Interface even Though Employee Has a Document of Record

Login as Employee. Navigate to Home icon -> About Me > Personal Information -> Click on Edit button. Click on the 4th icon on the left of the screen – Documents.
The screen is empty even though this employee has a Document of Record.
Navigating through About Me > My Portrait > All Actions (on Left side) > Manage Document Records > Search for Document – here we can see the Document of Record
