Outlook - Validation Error Shown Whilst Trying To Create New Account From An Account Lookup Popup (Doc ID 2135053.1)

Goal

In our Outlook UAT the customer noticed that the validation error put in place by us seems to be out of line in that when selecting the book icon next to Company (account) field in Project Object (opportunity) then selecting the "New" button throws the validation error.

The only time this error should be shown is when the field company (account) is left blank upon trying to save the record.

The error as mentioned was in place by us because OSC Dev team could help us make this field mandatory as requested by our customer instead by throwing a warning this allows the users to realize that company is still needed to be populated before saving the record such as a project (opportunity)
