PayU - Payment Group State is "AUTHORIZED" Instead of "SETTLED" (Doc ID 2135189.1)

Symptoms

In Latin America, most companies authorize and settle transactions in the same call to the payment gateway, including PayU.

When the native PayU webhook is used , PayU is settling the order, however, the payment state that is being sent by OCC is still AUTHORIZED.  It should be SETTLED.
