Symptoms

Problem Description:

When creating a query using the fields from the Correspondence Templates folder in the Administration Subject Area as outlined in How to Obtain a List of Message Templates in Reporting, the results show multiple language translations for each template even though the template is configured for only a single language.

Example:

Report results for ACE Alert Notification template shows over 30 languages:

Configuration > Recruiting Administration > Message Templates shows this template has only English as the Active language.
