Partner Users Are Not Receiving Email For User And Password.

Whenever I create a Partner and Partner Administrator,
1. I receive a Email Notification regarding Registration Confirmation.
2. Mail also states that "You will receive separate mail for password", but I am not receiving any mail for password.
3. Every time I create a Partner User, I am manually resetting the Password in OIM.
Is there any setup to enable password mail generation?
