Error On Opportunity "You Cannot Lock This Record Because It Is Already Locked By Another User"

We have an error that appear when we click on Save or Save and Close as following
Error :
"You cannot lock this record because it is already locked by another user"

this error is affecting one opportunity only which is opportunity number : XXXXXX
We have tried with different users including admin user but still getting the same error message.
