On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to access/download a document of record, the following error occurs.
The error is raised for all users. Previously it worked ok
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.4 403 Forbidden
The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. Authorization will not help and the request SHOULD NOT be repeated. If the request method was not HEAD and the server wishes to make public why the request has not been fulfilled, it SHOULD describe the reason for the refusal in the entity. This status code is commonly used when the server does not wish to reveal exactly why the request has been refused, or when no other response is applicable."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. loaded the documents of record for another one employee.
2. Logged into Application
3. Navigated to Person Management -> Searched for the person and Opened the record -> Clicked on Documents Tab
4. we could see the document records got loaded and attachment link was displayed in the page.
5. Getting an error while clicking on the Attachment Link.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access document of records.
