Can Not See Plan Document Via Navigator > Participant Snapshot > Manage Compensation Plans

Manager can not see the plan document when approval was submitted via mass plan approval request for a compensation plan assigned via role.
When click on the plan document icon, user expects to see the plan document detail.
1. Assign compensation plan to a role
2. Assign role to participant
3. Submit mass plan approval request
4. View plan document via Participant Snapshot > Manage Compensation Plan > click on the plan document icon. The screen is blank.
