Where are data model diagrams of OER?

Dear Oracle Support,

I have noticed that Oracle Enterprise Repository is not available anymore.
It says the content has been moved under Oracle Help Center which unfortunately does not serve as comfortably as OER did.

I have to say I really appreciated the functionality as it was 1 concise place where I could find all together and across releases. The Help Center approach scatters the technical content and resulting in cumbersome searches.

Unfortunately not all the content of OER seems to be available in the Help Center.
I am not able to find Data Model Diagrams anymore. It was there any OER and was an essential input to a BI Publisher report building. (referring to How To Get The Most From Oracle Enterprise Repository For Troubleshooting Fusion Applications <Document 1399910.1>)

I found a document
How To Generate Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) For Fusion Applications ? <Document 1334336.1>
that describes the possibility to get something using SQL Developer Data Modeler. For that however is required DB access. The document says:
"If you are a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer, please log a Service Request in My Oracle Support to get the database connection string."

1. Where can Data Model Diagrams be found now?

2. Can we get a connection string to a DB cloud of test POD?
