Customer has generic lists set up by them. When going to SUI - Customers - X, they reach a BI report. Here, they have a lot of custom fields shown, one of them being "Membership Expiry Date", for which the filter options are the following:
- is equal to / is in;
- is not equal to / is not in;
- is less than;
- is greater than;
- is less than or equal to;
- is greater than or equal to;
- is null;
- is not null;
- is LIKE (pattern match);
- is not LIKE (pattern match).
Customer would like to have here an extra filter, "Between", so he can choose two different dates in order to have only the desired records shown.
