ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempt to create a report with a custom subject area based on opportunity object, no rows return when adding Opportunity Extension fields

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected to return the rows they have in UI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a CSA based on Opportunity
2. Include Date leveling
3. Create a new analysis based on CSA Custom:Opportunity Stage Entry 1 DO
