Error when trying to enrich: "Your request cannot be processed by the Oracle Social Data and Insight Cloud Service" (Doc ID 2137315.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When clicking "Enrich account", the following error is thrown:

ERROR

"Your request cannot be processed by the Oracle Social Data and Insight Cloud Service. Your help desk was notified"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Sales Cloud
2. SUI -> Sales -> Accounts
3. Search and Edit account
4. Click Actions -> Enrich Account
