In App Composer Account Page - Mobile Pages Getting Error Message [An application error has occurred] (Doc ID 2137442.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Mobile Account Pages

In App Composer > Accounts Pages > Mobile Pages tab, the customer is moving fields from Available Fields into Selected Fields section. After they click Save and Close they are getting an error message and the changes won't get saved.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC.
2. Navigator -> App composer
3. Navigate to account object
4. From pages -> mobile account pages.
5. Open Create or Edit pages .
6. Try to move fields from being selected to available.
7. Save and Close
8. Getting an error
