User Unable To Modify Address And Save Contact in Outlook

Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Outlook related: User unable to modify and save contact

The user created a contact on the Application and performed a sync with Outlook. The sync went through without any errors.
When this contact is opened in Outlook and a change is made to the address, after entering the address fields, the Save+Close action throws an error: "Country needed to create a place" and the user is unable to save the changes made to the contact.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sample contact created on Sales Cloud Application.
2. "Synchronize All Changes" performed with Outlook on the system.
3. Contact shows up in outlook correctly -- open this contact.
4. Business Address -- Address fields edited (Street Name, City, Postal Code, Country)
5. Click "ok" and "Save+Close".
6. Error displayed "Country needed to create a place"
