Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Opportunities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the customer does a search for campaign from the Opportunity it pull up all campaigns

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer would expect only Active campaigns to show in that list

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the CRM
2. Goto an opportunity
3. Search for campaigns from the Opportunity


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can choose inactive campaigns
