On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Geography does not MOVE

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
That the Geography would Move inside the another Territory

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CRM
2. Navigate to Navigator and select Territories
3. Move one territory into another.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see correct territories
