On : version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

In the Duplicate Resolution screen, when attempting to send a merge request, the following error occurs.

Reason: An error occurred when executing the survivorship rules. Review the server log file for more information: oracle.jbo.ValidationException: Has access to the report.

Customer has no active survivorship rules.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run merge requests.
