Importing Customers Not Loading Address Data Associated With It

Import Customers isn't loading address data associated with it

Customer loaded accounts and many of them have addresses. The accounts got loaded fine, but the address was not loaded, and there are no errors. Since import is not creating the addresses, no territory assigned to the accounts.

Addresses should be created/updated in import job.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import account.
2. Completes with errors. Addresses are not created/updated and no errors in the logs.
