Fusion Compensation: Perform Another Adjustment Functionality Limitation in Manage Salary When Doing Multiple Changes in One Transaction

We have two salary adjustments in one transaction for an employee:

The review screen for line manager shows the columns as: Current Value (Existing Salary), Current Value (Past Date Salary Change) and Proposed Value (Future Date Salary Change).
As an approver, the approval notification screen shows the data in three columns: Current Value (Existing Salary), Proposed Value (Past Date Salary Change) and Current Value (Future Date Salary Change).

Shouldn’t both the salary changes (Past and Future) be Proposed Value?
Why did the data interchange from what was shown in the Review screen for Line Manager in Approver’s notification screen?
