Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After using Copy/Paste, Non-Admin Superuser accounts are unable to see the pasted Projects.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Everyone is able to see all of their Projects that they have access to see.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Copy a Project as a Non-Admin Superuser.
2. Paste the Project into the same EPS (Enterprise Project Structure) node it was copied from (OBS/Responsible Manager should be the same).
3. The Project is not seen by the user after pasting.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot work on Projects that they should have access to after Pasting.
