Orchestration Process Assignment Rules are Released, Correct Process is not Being Assigned to an Order (Doc ID 2138381.1)

Symptoms

Changes have been made to Orchestration Process assignment Rules and these have been released. The new Rule is not being considered./applied.rder Orchestration Rules are not reflected in the Order

The issue can be reproduced by executing the following steps:

1. Create a new Orchestration Process - XXX
2. Deployed it (Orch Process is in Release status)
3. Assign this process in the (Manage Orchestration Process Assignment Rules
4. Click on Save followed by Release
5. Submit a new order from an external Order Capture Application
6. Check for the order in the Order Orchestration Page to find the Orchestration Process Name - XXX has not been assigned
