Reset Personalization when user having un-viewable page layout

On : version, Activity Management

Customer has one user with an issue.
When the user goes to "SUI" > "Account" > "Activities"
The table column widths are compressed, showing only one character.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Simplified UI
2. Go to the Accounts page
3. Go to the sub-tab "Activities"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot properly use the UI
