Account With Registry ID Appears In BI And Not In SUI

Why do some an accounts appear in BI, but not in SUI / Classic UI?
For example, searching for Accounts with Registry 12015 or 12016 appear in BI
But they do not appear in Classic UI.
Customer suspects that there is a problem with BI Report.
Qn2:Is this the same behavior for merged Contacts? If yes, what is the name of the flag to check this?
