Team Filter Does Not Update Or Refresh Correctly In List View

Team Filter Does Not Work in List View
On the Team Talent page, list view, filtering on All Reports vs Direct Reports does not work. In the filter, you select All Reports and click Apply, and you still only see your Direct Reports. Then, if you open the filter popup again, and click Direct Reports, then you see all your reports load in the background. Before even clicking apply, the filter is displaying the opposite of what you click.
Able to reproduce in multiple environments every single time. Unable to filter to show All Reports in the List View, until we select Direct Reports.
Filter should work correctly
Logged in as User ID 27 (this user has 1 direct report and 3 indirect reports)
Team Talent page in SUI > List View (defaulted to viewing Direct Reports) >
Click Filter > select All Reports >
Click Apply > no changes in view (still seeing direct reports, even though you selected All Reports)
Wait 3 minutes to see if the filter is on a delay > still only seeing direct reports (no change)
Should be seeing All Reports here since that’s what you selected in the filter
Click Filter again > confirm it has All Reports selected >
Switch selection to Direct Reports (without clicking apply) >
Now you see All Reports load in background (still in popup)
Expect to see Direct Reports since that’s what you clicked
Click Apply > still seeing All Reports, even though you selected Direct Reports
